How exactly is Modi admired all over the World?
Do you mean a Britisher says “I wish our PM was like Narendra Modi” or a Japanese says “Wow!!!! I wish Modi was our Leader!!!”

Modi is admired in India
Just like Obama was admired in USA
Just like Xi Jingping is admired in China
Yes because China and US are Global Powers - name recognition is far higher for Xi Jingping and Obama among foreigners than Mr Modis but still each Leader is admired only in his own country unless you have done something that the whole world is aware of like say what Gandhiji did or Mandela did.
And regarding his inability to speak English properly - Doesnt matter in India right?
So why should be speak Great English
Its not as if hes gonna be Chair of English at Oxford right?
Putin, Xi dont speak a word of english yet they have the strongest impact in foreign relations.
Here are the only Leaders who have Global Admiration:-

Thats it. Not even Idi Amin is in this list
Apart from these 10 Leaders- No Leader is Globally Admired or Detested.
They are all only Admired in their Countries or Countries within their Sphere.
